The portal
The portal at app.vigilcloud.io is your self-service view of everything Vigil tracks. Each module you’re subscribed to appears as its own section.
Signing in
Sign in with the credentials your Vigil team provided. If you forget your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Access is role-based, so team members only see what they’re entitled to.
What’s in the portal

The exact sections you see depend on which modules are enabled for your organization.
Reading scores and findings
- Scores (0–100) summarize the health of a module at a glance — higher is better.
- Findings are individual issues, each with a severity (critical / high / medium / low) and a status (open, resolved, suppressed/accepted).
- Findings auto-resolve when the underlying issue is fixed on your next scan.
Getting help in-context
Most pages include a “What is this?” explainer and inline tooltips, so you can understand a metric without leaving the page.
Grafana for the deep dive
The portal shows scores, summaries, and tables. For full metric exploration, click View in Grafana to open the matching dashboard at dashboard.vigilcloud.io. See Dashboards.
