Reports

Vigil generates weekly and monthly reports automatically and delivers them by email. You can also download any report on demand from the Reports section of the portal.

What’s in a report

Depending on your enabled modules, reports summarize:

• Security — score trend, new and resolved findings, severity breakdown
• Cost — spend trend, top drivers, and current optimization recommendations
• Compliance — per-framework score and any control gaps
• CI/CD — DORA metrics and deployment activity

Reports are designed to be forwarded — to a manager, an auditor, or an investor — without extra editing.

Schedule

• Weekly — a rolling summary of the past week
• Monthly — a fuller month-end summary, useful for reviews and board updates

Generating one on demand

1. Open Reports in the portal.
2. Choose the type (e.g. security, cost, compliance) and the period.
3. Generate and download the PDF.

Delivery

Reports are emailed to the contacts your Vigil team has on file. To add or change recipients, update your contacts with your Vigil team.
